The lectures offered by Bahman Afsar at the Musée d’Art et de Culture Soufis MTO invite the public on a journey to the heart of Sufi thought and its resonance in the contemporary world. Through an approach that is both accessible and rigorous, the speaker explores the major spiritual concepts and principles of Sufism, such as unity, self-knowledge, beauty and love, linking them to philosophy, literature and the arts.
These meetings are open to everyone: art lovers, spiritual seekers or those who are simply curious and wish to better understand the universal significance of Sufism. Each talk becomes a lively exchange, rooted in the museum’s mission: to promote dialogue between culture, spirituality and humanity through the transmission of Sufi heritage in
all its diversity and modernity.
