What if our inner balance began with our food?

In this workshop, Dr. Nirvana Sadaghianloo explores the deep connections between what we eat, our physiology and our emotions. Through a clear and integrative approach, participants will discover how food acts as a true language between the body and mind.
The journey begins with an exploration of the messengers of this balance (hormones, neurotransmitters, vagus nerve) that ensure constant communication between our nervous, hormonal and digestive systems. The role of the gut microbiota, the living interface between our diet and our mood, will also be highlighted.

In a second stage, the workshop will offer practical advice on how to compose a balanced diet that supports both the body’s energy and the mind’s serenity.
A true invitation to better understand and feel better, this interactive workshop offers simple keys to physiological, emotional and mental balance.

Please note: this workshop is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. If you have health problems and/or eating disorders, it is strongly recommended that you consult your usual healthcare professional.
