At the heart of the museum, this guided meditation session invites you to a unique encounter with an exhibited artwork. For 30 minutes, the body, breath and attention are gradually engaged through simple exercises (relaxation, movement, breathing) to connect with the artwork in a different way. Gradually, one’s perspective shifts: what is observed on the outside becomes a mirror of what is happening on the inside.

A moment suspended in time, at the crossroads of art and meditation, to slow down and feel.
