The workshop highlights the botanical diversity and natural infusions found in the museum’s garden during a sensory walk around medicinal and food plants. Participants will learn to recognize certain species and discover their traditional uses. The workshop concludes with the creation of an iced infusion using plants harvested on site.
Alena Jacob Vencovska is a naturopath specializing in phytotherapy, aromatherapy and nutrition. She offers a holistic, individualized approach that also incorporates hygiene, iridology, lithotherapy and gemmotherapy.
As a yoga teacher, she uses breathing and centering tools in her practice. Inspired by nature and medicinal plants, she leads conferences, workshops and training courses to make naturopathy accessible and promote natural, autonomous health.
The participants will create their own iced herbal drink with plants from the garden.
The workshop is conducted in French.
