This intimate guided tour invites you to explore the museum’s sound installations through the lens of Sufi listening practices. With reflections from musicologist Dr. Payam Yousefi and Sufi music expert Omid Asgari, we’ll explore how sound, silence, and resonance are used as tools of spiritual presence.
Through poetic fragments, musical demonstrations, and shared reflection, participants will learn how each installation was shaped to evoke inner stillness, remembrance (dhikr), and subtle shifts in perception. The tour includes live musical moments and a Q&A with the guides.
No prior knowledge of Sufism is needed.
