Guided Tour – Artists and craftspersons: creative techniques (All audiences)

Is there a difference between an artist and a craftsperson? This tour invites young and old, enthusiasts and creators alike, to explore the museum in an attempt to answer this question. Let yourself be guided through the museum’s collections to discover the different styles of Arabic and Persian calligraphy, works by great contemporary artists, and traditional Sufi craft techniques such as mirror mosaic (ayeneh-kari), marquetry (khatam-kari), weaving, embroidery, and goldsmithing.
