Sleep as a Reflection of Inner Balance
The way we sleep reflects our inner state.
Increasingly pushed aside in our fast-paced lives, sleep remains one of the most telling indicators of our well-being. Chronic stress, relentless schedules, sedentary habits, emotional unrest : the quality of our nights often reveals what we keep hidden during the day.
To understand sleep is to open a door to ourselves. It means observing our natural rhythms and restoring a sense of inner harmony. During this session, you will discover:
– What neuroscience teaches us about the role and cycles of sleep;
– The habits that disrupt or support restful sleep;
– The importance of a calming routine to help the body recognize when it’s time to rest;
– The plants that can support sleep, through aromatherapy or herbal teas, as natural allies for winding down.
A guided practice of Tamarkoz®, a multimodal relaxation technique rooted in the Sufi tradition, will offer a gentle and profound way to soothe both body and mind. This exercise can easily become part of your nightly routine.
