During this introductory workshop, participants are invited to experience the benefits of Sufi meditation, Tamarkoz®, through a harmonious series of gentle movements synchronised with breathing and accompanied by relaxation and visualisation exercises.
Attention is gradually directed towards the heart, activating the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for relaxation, rest and regeneration. The body then enters a state of deep recovery, even in times of tension or stress. These exercises aim to achieve emotional stability, develop self-awareness, recognise one’s inner resources and restore balance and deep calm to the body and mind.
Each session becomes a true moment of rejuvenation: there is nothing to achieve, simply live in the moment, at your own pace.
