When a work of art becomes a space for inner exploration.
At the heart of the museum, this guided meditation session invites you to a unique encounter with a contemporary mural inspired by The Conference of the Birds, a great poem from the Sufi tradition.
For 45 minutes, the body, breath and attention are gradually engaged through simple exercises (relaxation, movement, breathing) to connect with the artwork in a different way. Gradually, one’s perspective shifts: what is observed on the outside becomes a mirror of what is happening on the inside.
Like the birds depicted in the fresco, young visitors are invited to explore their inner state and experience relaxation and concentration. Little by little, they experience a more centred, more mindful state.
A moment suspended in time, at the crossroads of art and meditation, to slow down and feel.
