A holistic approach, from the body to the heart, accessible to all

A program structured around five complementary themes to explore the body, breath, and presence through the Tamarkoz® Sufi meditation method—a practice that integrates gentle movement, breathing, relaxation, concentration, and meditation.

This progressive journey offers an in-depth exploration of each of these dimensions, organized within a structured approach accessible to everyone.

1. Movement (Movazeneh)

The movements of the Tamarkoz® method can be dynamic and energizing or slower and more meditative. Combined with breathing and sustained attention, they promote circulation, mobility, flexibility, and a greater awareness of the body.
