Pr Nirvana Sadaghianloo, MD / PhD
In this workshop, Pr. Nirvana Sadaghianloo and Tamarkoz instructor Farzaneh Parent combine their expertise to offer a holistic approach to health, exploring the intricate communication between the body and mind.
Participants will gain an understanding of the vital roles played by the nervous, hormonal, and energy systems, and how nutrition, Tamarkoz practice, and Sufi principles together create a unique path to balance and wellbeing.
The workshop includes an all-level Sufi meditation (Tamarkoz® method) session, where participants will engage in dynamic meditation and guided visualization exercises designed to harmonize body and mind. They will learn about nutritional principles that support a healthy balance, discovering how specific foods and dietary habits can influence and enhance the functioning of the nervous and endocrine systems.
This interactive workshop encourages participants to engage in discussions, clarify concepts, and share personal insights on the mind-body connection.
