In this workshop, Prof. Nirvana Sadaghianloo and a guest naturopath will explore the deep connection between humans and nature through a blend of scientific insights and traditional wisdom.
Participants will discover how sunlight, natural sounds, sea air, and plants influence well-being, supported by scientific evidence. Traditional Iranian and Sufi medicine will be discussed alongside Western naturopathy to understand how certain plants promote digestive balance, sleep, and stress management.
The workshop will include interactive discussions and a sensory immersion, allowing participants to experience firsthand the healing power of nature on body and mind.

Prof. Nirvana Sadaghianloo
Prof. Sadaghianloo is Professor of Vascular Surgery at the Centre Hospitalier Universitaire de Nice. She holds a PhD in Life and Health Sciences, specializing in molecular and cellular interactions. She also holds an Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches from the Doctoral School of the Université de Nice-Sophia Antipolis, with a particular focus on blood vessel metabolism and oxygenation. Placing
human relationships and preventive medicine at the heart of her medical approach, Prof. Sadaghianloo also holds a diploma in Meditation, Therapeutic Relations and Care from the Université Côte d'Azur. She explores the links between the mind and cardiovascular health, integrating these dimensions into her patient care.
