Through a walk through the museum garden, this tour offers an exploration of medicinal plants, their properties and their uses, taking an approach that is both sensitive and accessible.
Combining observation, knowledge-sharing and hands-on experience, visitors are invited to take a close look at living things, to recognise the properties of plants and to understand the links between them and bodily care and natural balance.
In the Sufi tradition, nature is often seen as a space of knowledge and transformation. The garden thus becomes a place of mindfulness and listening, where each plant can be appreciated not only for its medicinal qualities, but also for the subtle connection it forges between nature, care and knowledge.
This visit offers a moment of slowing down and grounding, fostering a deeper understanding of living things and our relationship with them.
This workshop is conducted in French.
