Sufi meditation (children)

This Sufi meditation (Tamarkoz® method) class is tailored to children aged 7-11. These sessions focus on playful and engaging exercises, including movements on music, breathing, visualization, and artistic practice. The instructor adapts the Sufi meditation techniques to the abilities and pace of children and provides them with tools they can later use on their own to relax, reduce anxiety, improve their collaborativeness, and enhance their creativity.

After the session, the instructor is available for 20 minutes to talk with parents, answer questions, and provide insights into their child’s experience.
